Founded in the year 2000, Skin City Tattoo and Body Piercing was built with one goal in mind- to create a connected experience that combines skill, art, and vision in an accessible and welcoming environment. Over the years, we have grown into a trusted tattoo and piercing studio proudly serving the Tigard and Greater Portland Area.
